Live

Avir does the repetitive work so instructors and Ops can spend their time on training: next exercises, rosters, registers. Avir proposes; your people approve.

Three examples

Example 1 · Ops

The day's paper register

Ops
Photographs the paper register at the end of the flying day.
Avir
Reads the photo and fills in each flight's entry.
Ops approves
Checks and corrects each entry, then saves the day.
Lands in
AirO's daily register. AirGoal reads the hours from there.

Example 2 · A student

“What’s my next exercise?”

The student
Asks in the Aircraftly app what to fly next.
Avir
Recommends the next exercise, shows progress against plan, and lists what's due first: papers, breath test, preparation.
Ops approves the slot
The student requests a slot; Ops accepts or declines.
Lands in
The Aircraftly app and AirO's schedule. Progress comes from AirGoal, papers from AirComply.

Example 3 · Ops

Tomorrow's roster

Ops
Asks Avir to draft tomorrow's roster for one base.
Avir
Drafts it against duty time, document expiry, breath tests, and aircraft and instructor availability.
Ops approves
Accepts or changes the draft. Nothing is rostered until then.
Lands in
AirO's roster. Instructors and students see it in the Aircraftly app.

  • What Avir never does

It doesn't save a record, change a roster or send a message without a person approving it.

  • Works with

AirO · AirComply · AirGoal · Aircraftly app

  • Not yet

Avir doesn't read email, WhatsApp or outside systems, only Aircraftly's own records.
